• GAF 60 mil Freedom TPO and new architectural sheetmetal, coping and scuppers

• GAF Manufacturer will be providing to owner a 20 year No Dollar Warranty

I did a I did a walk over of the roof this morning, after my walk thru I must say I was impressed with the material used and the way it looks, While I am not a roofing person, I must say that the roof looks quite good and I am quite comfortable that it will be maintenance free for some time. All stacks are painted, and Bob until your note I was not aware that this was a extra without cost, and all flashing is fully completed and looks nice. So to all that were involved, I appreciate your hard effort and time in helping get this project completed. Bob great job on the finished product. Once again thanks to all.

Singles Roofing has Truck Featured in Waste Expo 2008

From May 6th - 8th, Swaploader U.S.A. LTD. featured one of Singles’ trucks in the annual Waste Expo held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Swaploader--based in Des Moines, Iowa--manufactures hooklift hoists that enable the user to mount and dismount various bodies, such as dumpsters, flatbeds, and storage containers, with one truck.

Singles Roofing Co. Inc., currently has a fleet of 22 Sterlings outfitted with the Swaploader Model 545, capable of lifting 54,000 pounds. Singles primarily utilizes roll-off dumpsters and flatbeds with the hooklift system.

The truck featured in the Waste Expo 2008 is Elgin 1958, which was named after the city and year in which Singles was founded. Singles Roofing Co. Inc., wishes to thank Swaploader U.S.A. LTD for featuring our truck and NWC Body Works of Elk Grove Village, Illinois in preparing the truck for the show.
